May 11, 2018 · Mondygeek. First thing I'd try is to get yourself a good strong charged battery and try that. If it still turns over slow then try cleaning/replacing the starter motor. Once you've got it cranking good if it still doesn't start then I'd replace the fuel filter and fully bleed the fuel system.
